Shipping Policy
All of our online orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed tracking details enabling you to track your order online. We aim to dispatch orders 1-3 working days.
UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL using a next day delivery service. Orders will be delivered on weekdays Monday to Friday.
International Orders
We are able to ship orders to over 190 countries worldwide. All International orders are shipped with a secured service such as DHL Express.

International buyers may receive a customs charge. IceKickz LTD is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The 14 days starts from initial order received date provided via courier tracking.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition (unused) that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please bare in mind that these items need to remain in brand new condition for returns.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@icekickz.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to pay for return postage. This needs to be a tracked and secure method of postage such as special delivery (Royal Mail, DHL and UPS). You will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without initially requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sourced items
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange sourced items. These are from our suppliers directly and will be specifically sourced into our store after customer purchases. So please bare this in mind when choosing sizing. We would highly recommend researching your size correctly before purchasing. Trapstar items and streetwear is sourced on demand. These items are excluded from our normal returns policy as they are after wear easily presentable as new and also specifically ordered on demand into our store on purchase.
Exchanges
As with the returns policy, exchanges can be requested within 14days. However consideration will be made into the price differences and also item availability. Please contact us first via Instagram or email to see which options we can provide for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
